Frequently Asked Questions
How are appointments scheduled?
The recipient can contact us by phone or email to schedule their appointment or reserve space in group class. It is recommended that group classes be scheduled in advance as space is limited.
When are Group Events scheduled?
We are currently working on our group event schedule for 2016 at our new space. All classes will be offered monthly, possibly more depending on demand. Please follow us on FaceBook or sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.
Private group sessions will be scheduled according to the needs of the group. Daytime, evening, and weekend sessions available.
The package I purchased includes a gift to give now. How do I receive this item?
If you are local, we can schedule a time to meet to provide the item and the gift card. This can also be mailed, but local pickup is preferred.
If you are not local, we would be happy to organize a gift package and mail this to the recipient. Please advise if you would like to use this service.
What if the recipient is unsure about their session?
Each session is individualized to the recipient’s needs and comfort. I will be happy discuss any concerns with them or create alternative sessions as needed.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase on any unused product or service. If refund is desired, then simply contact us and we will process right away.
