These deep relaxation sessions are designed to help ease stress and help bring balance to the mind/body. Through gentle use of sound, the client is assisted into a relaxed state where the blood pressure is lowered and the brain waves are reduced. This state is very similar to the effect meditation has on the mind and body. Private sessions have an ability to go deeper than public group sessions as they are able to be directed toward your specific needs. Sessions are scheduled for individual, couples and small private groups.

What to expect during your session:
Sessions include a beautifully matched set of singing bowls, soft gongs, chimes, tuning forks and monochord. Other instruments may be used depending on the client’s need. Soothing and gentle are the words most often used to describe the effect felt during a session. After the session, most feel a release and sense of ease. Often the experience brings increased energy and clarity of mind. Many report that they experience deep sleep the night following a session.
Due to the nature of deep relaxation, it is possible to fall asleep during your session. Grounding techniques are utilized at the end of each session to ensure you are fully awake. It is advised that you allow time in your schedule to not rush this important step. If you must be somewhere immediately following your session, please advise me so the session can be adjusted to your needs. Although not everyone experiences this deep state, please be aware of the possibility. As with any other vibrational/energy work (like Reiki), physical and emotional symptoms may arise. Please communicate any concerns with me.
“The prime objective of all Initiatory music in the Temples of Antiquity was to bring about physical purification and renewal, mental stimulation and alertness, spiritual exhilaration and Illumination.”
