Join us on the August New Moon to clearly set intentions for this lunar cycle.  We will begin our session with a sacred sound journey to quieten our minds, opening up the connection with our higher self and deepening our experience of life.  Upon gently awakening, participants will have an opportunity to journal or sit in silence to integrate their experience with a focus on a one-word intention.  Each participant will then have the opportunity to stamp their word into a metal disc to keep as an inspiring reminder of this experience.

This is a workshop with included time for each person to complete the activity.  If we have additional time, we will add to the session by either opening with a gong bath, closing with an additional sound experience or a possible crystal grid building exercise.  This decision will be made by the group.

This August Moon Cycle, we will have an opportunity to work with the new moon and full moons.  If interested in doing both events, we offer $10 off of the Full Moon Session on August 26th.  Please review Full Moon Sound Journey for specific details.

Robin is a Certified Music Practitioner, Sound Practitioner, Gong Master and Reiki Master/Teacher and Pranic Healer. Her trainings include working directly with the Music for Healing and Transition Program, Globe Institute of Sound Healing, Jonathan Goldman and Don Conreaux. Robin believes music and sound have the ability to open the heart, releasing anxiety and tension in the body & mind. In this way, it has the potential to bring us to a place of wholeness.
